Benoit’s experience in B2B areas and his passion for training make him a core trainer across the Capability portfolio, covering bespoke training, open enrolment training and leaders & teams in action.
Tony is an international finance and operations executive who specialises in strategy formulation, change management and organisational restructuring.
Peter’s worldwide experience with the British Army make him a critical member of the Capability team, holding us to the highest standards of delivery across our Leadership Academy offer.
Kate’s leadership experience combined with her passion for developing others, make her an ideal development partner – aiding people to reach their full Leadership potential.
Amy manages our Communications area. In collaboration with the Capability Team, she helps design innovate approaches and bespoke content in the area of Leadership Development.
